Micro Annular Gear Pumps – Low-Pressure Pump Series
The pumps of the low-pressure pump series are used in analytical instrumentation for precise dosage tasks at low pressures and for low viscosities. They are particularly suited for the lowest volumes of non-lubricating liquids. Using DC mini motors, the pumps have small dimensions and low power consumption so that they can be easily integrated into OEM applications. The pumps are suitable for metering and dosing de-ionized water, watery solutions, solvents as well as low-viscosity oils and lubricants.
Dosing pump for analytical instrumentation- Low-Pressure Pump Series mzr-2521
The compact micro annular gear pump mzr-2521 of the low-pressure series is an innovative pump concept for use in analytical instrumentation. The pump generates a low pulsation, highly precise flow featuring low shear stress. It dispenses at a high precision the lowest volumes in the microliter range. Due to its compact design small dimensions have been achieved. The pump is suitable for the dosage of low viscosity liquids such as deionized water, watery solutions, methanol, solvents, oil, and lubricants.
